SmartMove Overseas LLP provides visa consultation, documentation support, appointment booking assistance, and related travel/immigration services. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or VFS Global. We provide professional consultancy services only.
Our services may include: Visa consultation and eligibility assessment; Visa application documentation assistance; Appointment booking support; Travel itinerary guidance; Cover letter / documentation preparation; Third-party coordination where required. All final visa decisions are made solely by the respective Embassy/Consulate. We do not guarantee visa approval.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents; submit documents and details in a timely manner; pay the required service fees as communicated; and follow instructions provided for your visa process. SmartMove Overseas LLP is not responsible for delays or rejections caused due to incorrect or incomplete information/documents provided by the client.
Service fees are non-refundable, as consultancy work begins immediately after payment. Embassy/VFS fees are paid directly by the client to the respective authority and are not included in our service charges unless specifically stated. Any additional services requested by the client may attract additional charges.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. SmartMove Overseas LLP does not influence embassy decisions, does not guarantee visa approval, and is not liable for any losses due to visa denial, delay, or changes in embassy rules.
We may coordinate with VFS Global, insurance providers, travel agents, educational institutes, and immigration lawyers (if required). We are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by third parties.
Once consultation begins, no refunds are provided. Appointment charges, courier fees, insurance fees, and embassy fees are non-refundable. If the client discontinues midway, the service fee remains non-refundable.
Documents prepared by SmartMove Overseas LLP (cover letters, travel plans, statements, etc.) are meant exclusively for the client’s visa application. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only for providing visa-related services. We do not sell or share client data with third parties except when needed for the visa process (e.g., VFS, insurance, travel bookings).
SmartMove Overseas LLP is not liable for visa rejection or delays; loss of passport or documents by courier/VFS/embassies; changes in immigration laws; financial loss due to travel cancellations; or any error due to incorrect information given by the client. Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall be limited to the service fee paid.
By using our website, you agree not to use the content for illegal purposes, copy, reproduce, or resell any content, or attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our platform. All website content is owned by SmartMove Overseas LLP.
